You will maintain fitness, strengthen your pelvic floor and core to minimise pain, discomfort after welcoming of your baby and have fun one way.
45min weekly class, with cardio, resistance, core and pelvic floor elements. Up to 6 mums, so I can really focus on your needs and technique.

Postnatal fitness
Return to fitness, loose the 'mummy tummy', be healthy and happy for your Little One
Suitable to start after 8 weeks GP check up. A safe way to reintroduce fitness routines and 'bounce back'. We use a variety of equipment: resistance bands, light dumbbells, fitness balls. Weekly class provides options and modifications, depending on the stage of your recovery.
