I know myself how hard is to combine the demands of motherhood and a corporate job (let's face it- stressful). That is why I have crafted the framework on 4 key elements:

 1. HEALTHY NUTRITION: this is 80% of the success. I will teach you how and what to eat for best results. And the best is, ready (healthy) meals are allowed (even encouraged). Plenty of recipes, snack ideas, batch cooking, work lunches etc. 

2. FITNESS:  20% of success. Short and sweet strength and cardio workouts you can do at home. But I can as well create a bespoke programme, whether you are into running, weight lifting. I have mum clients doing very little exercise and achieving their goals, so don't worry if you think you don't have time. 

3. HABIT COAHCING: understanding how to design good habits and get rid of the 'bad' ones is a very useful skill. It can be applied as well to work productivity and other areas of your life. 

4. SELF-CARE: to curb emotional eating we will look at your stress levels and what triggers emotional eating. Then we can put a plan in place, focused around self-care, resting, relaxation.

I am a Mama with full hands, corporate job, fitness business (my passion) and two beautiful girls (2&6 years old). I cracked down how to eat healthy, be fit whilst having little time and energy (sleepless nights are a real thing here).

I can support you in the private coaching environment on a monthly basis. 

All my advice and guidance is perosnalised to your goal, your situation, becasue we are all unique. 

Who is it for?

I can help mums who are returning to work and really struggle with nutrition habits and want to lose some weight. Are you fighting sugar cravings all the time? Than I can help you.

You can start working with me at  minimum 5 months postpartum, in order to fully recover and as well have the time and focus, which could be hard to get in the early days of being a mum. 

Suitable for beginners and intermediate fitness enthusiasts and is safe for postnatal ladies, their pelvic floor and abdominals (again no crunches or tuck jumps). It's safe for breastfeeding mamas too.

BESPOKE PROGRAMME FOR BUSY MUMS

My 1-on-1 online coaching comes in 4 weeks blocks and you can stop any time after first month. The programme will be built completely around you but you can expect:

  •  1h  consultation and individual assessment for goal setting and plan

  • Personalised fitness 4-weeks programme, gym or home based, taking into account your ability, labour and health- delivered via an app (exercises videos). 15-30min workouts to fit around busy life. 

  • Access to educational videos,  tips  and advice about safe fitness, nutrition

  • Food dairy analysis and nutrition goals- to establish heathy calorie intake and individual macros. I analyse your food intake weekly (if you choose to track food)

  • By-Weekly check-ins (via whatapp or phone)
