Do I have to follow a strict meal plan? No. You’ll get one easy, healthy recipe each day to inspire you and make life simpler — not a rigid plan you must stick to. Flexibility is encouraged.

What if I miss a day? Life happens. You won’t “fail” this challenge. If you miss a day, you simply pick up where you left off. This is about consistency, not perfection. Also after 10 days, you will have the access to the content.

Is this a detox or cleanse? No. This is a gentle nutrition reset, not a cleanse or restriction-based programme. You’ll be eating real food and learning sustainable habits.
