Welcome to STRONG in 30 — a strength-focused workout designed for busy women who want to feel strong, capable and energised, not just tired.
This is a low-impact, joint-friendly strength class that helps you build and maintain muscle, support your bones, boost metabolism and protect your body as it changes through your 40s and beyond.
We focus on purposeful resistance training rather than endless cardio — because strength is what keeps you moving well, feeling confident and thriving long term.

What others say:
"I have been going to Kasia's Saturday morning class for a few weeks and I really enjoy it. Kasia is a motivating instructor who devises challenging low impact classes. I feel like I am seeing results in my overall physical and mental wellbeing."
"Kasia’s classes are so good for motivation, strength and fitness. I have managed to get out of a fitness hole with these classes and they are part of my regular routine now. I highly recommend!"
"Kasia is a very down to earth motivating instructor. Her classes are fun and effective and easy to fit into your weekly routine. Highly recommended. (Saturday LBT class)"
"I have been going to Kasia's Wednesday evening Legs, Bums and Tums class for a couple of months now. I really feel that its making a difference. It's a lovely relaxed ladies class and Kasia is a great instructor. I was inspired and so have joined her 8 week RESHAPE programme. Its early days in the programme but I've learnt so much and really made some healthy changes in just a short space of time and am really enjoying that too. If you're thinking of trying one of the classes or the programme, just do it, you won't regret it!"

Frequently asked questions
1. Do I need to be a mum to attend the class?
Not at all. This class is open to any woman. No age limit or fitness level prerequisite. If you had recently a baby, do let me know. I am qualified in postnatal fitness.
2. How does the class look like?
Each STRONG in 30 class starts with a short, effective warm-up to get your body ready to lift safely. The workout itself is guided by interval-style music that keeps the pace flowing while we focus on controlled strength work. We use kettlebells and dumbbells for both upper and lower body, with resistance bands for targeted glute work, keeping everything joint-friendly and purposeful. We finish with a calming stretch to help you recover and leave feeling strong, relaxed and re-set. It’s a follow-along class, which means I’m doing every exercise with you — no shouting from the sidelines, just real-time coaching and support.
3. What do I need to bring?
Wear comfy shoes and clothes. If you have a mat, bring one. If not, let me know and I will lend you one. Some water, good humor and energy, that's all you need
4. How do I book? Do you accept cash?
You can book at this page either drop-in session or buy a pass. If you buy a pass, you still need to book each class to secure the spot and 'use up' your pass. I don't accept cash. Sorry.
5. I haven't excercised for a while. Can I come?
Yes, of course! Just take it easy. Gradual come back to exercise is the best. Listen to how you feel and react. The class has no crazy choreography. I really prioritise the correct technique for muscle engagament. So hopefully you can just ease in into new routine.
6. I have abdominal separation or pelvic floor issues
I am a qualified pre and postnatal PT. If you are worried, talk to me. If you have abdominal separation you may need moves modifications during the abdominal work. This is not a postnatal rehab class. This class should be safe for your pelvic floor, as we don't do balsitc, explosive movements (like jumping, running).
7. Who is Fit4Two and Kasia?
I am a mum of 2 daughters, living in Stroud. I am a personal trainer and instructor to music. I love dancing, hiking, strength training and helping ladies re-descover fitness and healthy nutrition. Fit4Two was created thinking mostly about mums and mums-to-be and I created it when I was pregnant with my second one. I do have a 'day job' in business development in a space company but fitness was always my passion.
