What you will have to do
I’ll give you plenty of advice, support and guidance — but real change only happens when you put it into practice. Your part is to:

Watch the videos – they are the foundation of the programme and will help you make smarter, more confident choices.

Track your food to get the most out of my support. This can be done either by logging meals in the app or by taking photos of what you eat. Both allow me to review and guide you further, and we’ll choose the best approach during your consultation.

Choose your workouts – there’s a wide range available and you can do as much or as little as suits you, all agreed during your consultation.

Track the habits we agree on, such as adding an extra portion of vegetables at dinner or aiming for 8,000 steps a day.
