Pregnancy Fitness Class
Balls & Bands

Exercising in pregnancy has tremendous benefits. Both physical and mental. It's not all about 'bouncing back' later on. But enjoying every moment of getting closer to meeting your baby.

 

My fitness classes are not yoga, Pilates nor relaxation. I want pregnant ladies to be able to enjoy fitness class that is maybe a bit similar to non-pregnant classes.

We are still the same woman- just pregnant.

 

We use variety of equipment (mostly pregnancy balls, resistance bands and light dumbbells) for whole body strength workout. This will maintain muscle tone, keep healthy weight gain, provide strength to muscles that are overworked or stretched in pregnancy (like back and core). All in a small group, so I can pay attention to each person. Loads of stretching and tips for postpartum body healing. 

This class is for you if:

- you are pregnant in any trimester

- would like to stay fit and healthy throughout this special time

-looking for a safe workout to keep your body mobile and functional till 40th week

- not sure what is safe and what's not in pregnancy

- meet other mums-to-be and exchange views and simply chat about your experiences

Booking

Classes restart on the 15th of September. 

Flexible 4 classes pass for £30 is to be used within 6 weeks, so you can miss and reschedule two. Hopefully that gives you the flexibility but as well some accountability too.
