8 weeks Strength Programme for Mums
If you are looking for varied, easy to follow programme that will get you stronger, fitter and will not need hours spend on the gym or threadmill, then look no more.
I have designed 8 weeks worth of strength (resistance workouts) that you can do just with a set of dumbbells (or kettelbell optional). 3 choices of workouts per week, with progressions every week, so you feel stronger as you go further into the plan.
2 blocks of 4 week, so all workouts change half way through.
Ideal for mums who have little time, need flexibility and want to regian strenght postpartum. It's low impact programme, safe for postnatal bodies, but make sure you are cleared by your GP to exercise and that you dont have any pelvic floor or abdominal issues.
